Welcome and January Survey Feedback
Welcome! This blog will provide another venue to receive information and give feedback on the F5 Boot Camp Challenge. January was our first month, and with the success we had, we wanted to try to continue these gains another month...maybe two. Here are some of the pro's and con's from last month's challenge that will be influencing the format of February's challenge:
Pro's:
1. Met new people
2. Provided accountability
3. Points system provided a fun and easy way to measure exercise and effort
4. Fun incentives
5. Competition helped to motivate many to do more than thought possible
Con's:
1. Competition was too intense for those new or less confident with exercise
2. Points system lent itself to extreme totals for those who are highly competitive
3. Some felt pressured by team members who were more motivated than them
4. Some felt their fellow team members did not take the challenge seriously
5. Not enough variety in exercise options
We want to capitalize on our pro's and minimize our con's. Thank you everyone for your feedback, stay tuned for details of next month's challenge.
